Please read these Booking Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before making a reservation at La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort. By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Reservation
a. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort.
b. To make a reservation, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your personal details and the desired dates of stay.
c. By making a reservation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a contract.
Payment
a. All payments for bookings made at La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort are non-refundable.
b. All rates are exclusive of 17.5% tax and service charge
c. 100% Payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your reservation
d. We accept payment through the available payment methods specified on our website or account with the account name La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort as instructed by our reservations team.
Cancellations and Modifications
a. Confirmed bookings can be modified subject to availability and the terms below
b. No refunds will be provided for cancellations, modifications, or no-shows.
c. Cancellation Charge
i. Booking cancelled outside of 31+days of arrival. 100% Credit redeemable on chalet reservation and other services at the resort within 6 months of cancellation.
ii. Booking cancelled 3 days before arrival date. 70% Credit redeemable on chalet reservation and other services at the resort within 6 months of cancellation.
iii Cancelled on the day of arrival or no show .100% of total cost is charged.
iv Missed nights due to Late Arrival/Early departure .100% of total cost is charged.
Check-In and Check-Out:
a. Check-in time is 2pm, and check-out time is 11am.
b. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guest Responsibility
a. Guests are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
b. Any changes to your booking details must be communicated to La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort in a timely manner.
c. All adults occupying a chalet are to present a valid ID card on check in. A valid ID card is one of : Driver's licence, National identity card , permanent voter's card ,or international passports. International guests are to present their passports as an ID.
d. We are committed to the safety and security of our guests , however guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings during their stay at La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort. We shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
e. Our staff reserves the right to work in a safe environment, assult /harassment of our staff will be procecuted and such guest will be removed from the
resort's premises without any refund.
Lost and Found Policy .
We prioritize the comfort and security of our guests, including the care and return of lost personal items.
Our Lost and Found policy is established to ensure clear communication and process for guests who may have misplaced items on our premises.
1. Reporting Lost Items:
- Guests who believe they have lost an item while at the resort should promptly report the missing item to the front desk.
2. Retrieval of Found Items:
Any items found on the resort premises will be recorded and securely stored. Guests must retrieve lost items in person by presenting valid identification and any details necessary to confirm ownership.
Please Note: La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort is not responsible for shipping, delivering, or otherwise transferring any found items to guests offsite. All found items must be collected directly by
the owner or an authorized representative.
3. Liability and Retention Period:
- Found items will be held securely for a period of seven (7) days from the date of discovery. After this period, any unclaimed items will be subject
to disposal or donation at the discretion of the resort management.La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort bears no liability for any unclaimed items that are not collected within the specified one-week retention period.
4. Disclaimer of Liability:
While the resort makes every effort to store and protect found items, it is not liable for any loss, damage, or condition of personal items left on the premises.
Resort Policies
a. Cars are not allowed beyond the reception. Shuttles and bicycles are provided to convey guests within the resort
b. Professional cameras are not allowed in the resort
c. Pets are not allowed
d. Cooking is not allowed in the chalets except in designated chalets
e. Fireworks ,hunting and shooting are not allowed in the resort
f. Guests must comply with all applicable resort policies and guidelines during their stay.
g. Failure to comply with resort policies may result in immediate termination of your booking without any refund.
Force Majeure: La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes to bookings arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or unforeseen events.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your booking or stay at the resort.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
